DE Communications Specialist

The Distributor Enablement Communications Specialist leads and drives all Independent Distributor (ID) communications efforts.  He/she will play a vital role in ensuring that the flow of information and content to Independent Distributors is appropriate, efficient, and effective in all aspects.  This position will assist the Distributor Enablement and sales teams in developing communications content.  Additionally, the communications specialist works closely with the IDP Digital Project Owner, Sales Enablement, Information Technology, IDPs, and sales to rework/redesign the distributor portal.

The Communications Specialist will gain broad exposure into how the company interacts with its Independent Distributor Partners and will provide insight into how communications processes can be improved to best serve the Independent Distributor partnership.

Position requires constant interaction with SE team and other departments.

Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality, and/or quality.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

■   Develop Independent Distributor Partner communications, including presentations for general workshops, partnership meetings, portal content, training, and general reporting with guidance/direction from the DE team and Center of Excellence VP
■   Support the Distributor Enablement Operations Managers during Prospective Distributor training by providing the communications and materials needed for onboarding and training
■   Maintain and develop new content for
■   Maintain the Customer Contact Center daily operations

  • Compile and disseminate Customer Contact Center analytics on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis

■   Serve as Secretary for the Distributor Advisory Council 
■   Serve as the deal manager for FLOrules meetings (and occasionally lead the meetings)  
■   Write, edit, design, and/or create communications materials for IPDs and DEOCs  
■   Assist with planning and execution of Prospective Distributor training and partnership meetings
■   Assist Distributor Enablement Operations Managers in responding to day-to-day Independent Distributor communication requests  
■   Coordinate new portal design, functionality, and content 
■   Improve overall flow of data and communication to IDPs
■   Generate new ways to improve overall communications with IDs

  • Create and maintain organization forms and checklists (Adobe and/or Excel) to support efficient business processes
  • Compile weekly DEOC call analytics 
  • Develop and publish company and IDP surveys and Invitations to Bid (Last Mile Delivery) using the SurveyMonkey online tool
  • Manage company COVID notifications 
  • Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
  • Perform other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other appli-cable operating rules, policies and procedures.

Desired Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Business, Communications, or Marketing.

Desired Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
