An internship begins with an introduction with our Talent Management team—your partners in success throughout your journey at Flowers. Throughout this paid program you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a qualified manager in your determined career function while taking on meaningful projects that advance the company’s growth plans.
Your manager will support you throughout your time with the company, providing 1x1 coaching and continuous feedback—including performance conversations at the mid-point and end of your internship. You’ll also complete a self-evaluation at your internship’s conclusion.
Successful intern program participants may be eligible for future opportunities including final placement upon graduation.
