Business Development Generalist-Sales Program

Our Business Development program offers recent college graduates the opportunity to step out of the classroom and into a career in sales.  

This 6-month, fully paid placement provides real work experience, exposure to our company and the broader industry, and the ability to start building your professional portfolio. We regard every participant as a potential leader.

About the Role

You will assist with operating a sales territory that provides retailers with our iconic products. You will also meet with customers, retailers, and our brand team to learn how to provide best-in-class support while executing the company's sales initiatives.

You'll also gain a solid understanding for how our bakeries work, with direct access to teams in Operations, Engineering and Distribution. 

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited 4-year college or university and have a valid state driver’s license. You may be asked to relocate for full-time employment.
