Supply Chain Excellence Program

Our Supply Chain Excellence program offers candidates a pathway to leadership opportunities at Flowers Bakeries. This six-month program immerses participants into the ins and outs of bakery operations.

About the Role

During this six-month program, you will learn the operating principles of every department, including Engineering, Environmental, Safety & Sustainability, Shipping/Receiving, Production, Quality & Food Safety, Sanitation, and Process Improvement. Successful participants will have an opportunity at one of our bakeries.

Professional Growth

You will have access to the company's robust learning management system, which offers thousands of online courses in addition to leadership-focused training and dedicated instruction through a professional institution, like the American Institute of Baking.
