With over 40 bakeries across 19 states, our team members produce freshly baked breads and snacks under trusted, best-selling brands like Nature’s Own, Dave’s Killer Bread, Wonder, Canyon Bakehouse, and Tastykake.

RISE AND THRIVE

Our Supply Chain Excellence program offers candidates a pathway to leadership opportunities at Flowers Bakeries. This six-month program immerses participants into the ins and outs of bakery operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

During this six-month program, participants learn the operating principles of every department, including Engineering, Environmental, Safety & Sustainability, Shipping/Receiving, Production, Quality & Food Safety, Sanitation, and Process Improvement. Successful participants will have an opportunity at one of our bakeries, nationwide.

Access to Flowers’ robust learning management system, which offers thousands of on-line courses.
