RISE AND THRIVE

Our Supply Chain Excellence program offers candidates a pathway to leadership opportunities at Flowers Bakeries. This six-month program immerses participants into the ins and outs of bakery operations.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

Must have bachelor's degree or pursuing a bachelor's degree and are a graduating senior.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

During this six-month program, participants learn the operating principles of every department, including Engineering, Environmental, Safety & Sustainability, Shipping/Receiving, Production, Quality & Food Safety, Sanitation, and Process Improvement. Successful participants will have an opportunity at one of our bakeries, nationwide.

PROFESSIONAL GROWTH

Access to Flowers’ robust learning management system, which offers thousands of on-line courses.

Leadership focused training
Dedicated training through the American Institute of Baking (AIB), or similar institution
