Summary
The IT Cloud Engineer/Architect is responsible for deployment, administration, monitoring and support for Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, Teams/SharePoint and all other Office 365 services with a strong focus on Office 365 services.
The Cloud Engineer/Architect has strong problem solving and analytical skills along with a fierce curiosity.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, design, deploy, and monitor all Flowers’ Azure infrastructure services, Azure, environments, Azure automation services, and Azure technology requirements, including 3rd part.
- Monitor, maintain, and support any Office 365 issues, storages, licenses – including renewal – and administrative tasks. Monitor all Flowers Office 365 service health, report on any incidents or advisories that impact Flowers services
- Support and Monitor all Flowers Power Automate services for performance, resource availability and cost, including Power BI, Powerapps, Flow, Premium Capacity and Common Data Services. as well as monitoring and maintaining Power Automate licenses ensuring adherence to licensing requirements
- Work with users at all levels to develop technical architecture and designs for scalable enterprise SharePoint Online solutions
- Monitor / Validate all allowed domains, guest accounts and external sharing links for sites and services
- Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices around Content Management, Records Management, User Adoption, Governance, Change Management, external access
- Support Integration with 3rd party applications
- Develop and maintain a Flowers end user training program for existing and new functionality
- Manage vendors to ensure SLAs and MSAs are met and followed.
- Manage external Domain services including DNS, Webhosting and migration
- Manage all cloud-based information technology products and services to ensure high levels or performance and availability to the end users of the organization.
- Subscribe to and advocate core department standards and methodologies including Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), IT General Controls (ITGC), basic project management, and general IT policies & procedures
- Work with vendors and outside resources to support all Cloud based solutions and to insure adherence to Flowers standards.
- Work with users at all levels to ensure timely response and solutions to issues or inquiries.
- Support all 3rd party connectors including any requirements for connections to on-premise or Cloud data sources
- Provide on-call/after-hours support as needed to support functions escalated by IT Service Center.
Desired Experience
- 3+ years knowledge and experience in the majority of Technical functions described above
- Strong practical experience in the use of PowerShell & Microsoft Office 365
- 1+ years of Fin Ops experience
- Experience with the development of an end user training program
- Domain and DNS management
- Networking experience is a plus
Desired Education
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Microsoft certifications including Azure Fundamentals & Administration
