DE Operations Coordinator

Summary

The DE Operations Coordinator serves as the single point of contact for Independent Distributors (IDs) as it relates to business, non-sales related needs. The position is responsible for frequently visiting warehouses and maintaining close contact with IDS to ensure they are receiving the proper communication, information, and tools to support their businesses. Additionally, the DE Operations Coordinator works with IDs on territory management, recruitment, and optimization opportunities. The position works closely with DE COE partners and support general workshops as needed, but their primary focus will be on supporting the day-to-day business needs of IDs. These people will maintain close contact with Communications and Business Analysts to ensure that communications processes are as effective as possible. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Serve as single point of contact for business, non-sales issues related to IDs
•Engage in ID contract administration
•Advise and assist DE Operations Senior Managing in handling contractual issues
•Establish and maintain positive relationships with IDs
•Act as the primary liaison between the company and IDs relating to non-sales topics
•Manage the pre-orientation paperwork before prospective IDs enroll in orientation
•Work closely with COE team to ensure that IDs are receiving the proper support through workshops and effective communication flow
•Partner with DE Operations Senior Manager to uncover open territory inventory management, sales, and optimization opportunities
•Assist Legal in responding to claims filed by IDs
•Support the DE Operations Sr. Managers with general transactional tasks; escalate to the DE Operations Director and DE Director of Compliance as needed (contract breach, new territory purchase, market conversions)
•Work with DE Center of Excellence to support development programs, sales tools, and analytics for the IDs
•Help develop new systems and processes to support IDs in the marketplace
•Enhance the company’s communications with IDs to foster a more robust partnership
•Communicate business goals and assign specific objectives to stay focused on key business metrics
•Analyze results achieved against objectives and initiate action to optimize performance
•Provide periodic status updates on business activities and development to executive team, and communicate opportunities for growth
•Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
•Perform other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures

Desired Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in General Management
  • Proven track record of operational and organizational skills required

Desired Education

Bachelor’s degree required.
