Bringing Home the Dough
The Senior Manager, Social & Influencer Marketing will lead the strategy, execution, and performance of Simple Mills' organic social and influencer marketing programs, helping shape how the brand shows up in culture and connects with consumers across digital channels.
This individual will develop integrated social and creator strategies that drive awareness, engagement, trial, and brand affinity, translating business priorities into culturally relevant storytelling and creator partnerships. They will oversee day-to-day management of social and influencer agencies while serving as a key thought partner to cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, PR, Brand Partnerships, and Paid Media.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, relationship builder, and operator. They possess deep expertise in creator culture, social platforms, and performance measurement, with the ability to turn insights into impactful content and partnerships that drive business results.
They are deeply attuned to cultural and consumer conversations, and able to translate trends in health, wellness, and sustainability into relevant, social-native storytelling. This role reports to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing.
Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
Social Strategy & Channel Leadership
- Own organic social strategy across key platforms, translating brand plans into channel-specific content and growth strategies.
- Lead TikTok Shop strategy, test new platform opportunities, and partner cross-functionally on launches, influencers, and key marketing initiatives.
Content & Creative Leadership
- Direct agency-led content creation and monthly content planning (~40–50 assets/month).
- Develop social-first creative concepts, recurring content series, and storytelling that drives engagement while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships
- Lead influencer strategy, campaigns, and creator relationships across all tiers.
- Oversee creator sourcing, negotiations, contracts, gifting programs, budget management, and performance measurement to drive awareness, engagement, and business impact.
Performance & Optimization
- Own social and influencer KPIs, reporting, and insights.
- Optimize content and channel strategies using performance data and partner with paid media teams to scale high-performing content.
Community & Agency Management
- Oversee community engagement, social listening, and brand sentiment monitoring.
- Manage agency relationships, performance, priorities, and ongoing optimization.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support other marketing and business initiatives as needed.
Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications
- 6–9 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing strategy and execution (agency or in-house; CPG strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to develop and execute social and influencer strategies across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), driving both engagement and measurable performance.
- Strong fluency in social KPIs and performance analysis, with the ability to translate data into clear actions that improve content and channel effectiveness.
- Experience leading agency and external partner relationships, including setting direction, providing feedback, and ensuring work delivers against expectations.
- Ability to translate complex topics (e.g., health, wellness, sustainability) into clear, compelling social content, with strong creative instincts and storytelling ability.
- Experience working with wellness and/or functional health fields and can successfully navigate brand voice, science, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working cross-functionally (e.g., Brand, PR, Partnerships) to bring integrated campaigns to life.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong judgment and the ability to move work forward within scope.
- Working knowledge of paid social and how organic content connects to broader media and influencer efforts.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
Salary Range- 130,000.00
