Bringing Home the Dough

The Omnichannel Marketing Associate supports the Manager of Shopper Marketing & Partnerships and the Ecommerce Marketing Manager in the development and execution of integrated shopper, ecommerce, and partnership strategies for all Flowers brands. This role will work with internal and external partners to execute plans that are aligned with brand and customer strategies and track performance. This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow in shopper marketing, digital and retail marketing, working collaboratively to drive brand awareness and sales across multiple channels.

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support the development and execution of omnichannel marketing plans, including shopper marketing programs (in-store, digital, couponing), partnerships, paid search and display.
• Assist in the set up and optimization of paid search campaigns on retail media platforms such as Instacart Ads, Walmart Connect, and Kroger Ads.
• Support creative development by coordinating assets and content for agencies, vendors, and partners.
• Coordinate local and national strategic cross-promotional partnerships that drive incremental displays at retail.
• Work closely with Brand teams and Retail Sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand and customer strategies.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key vendors and partners.
• Track and report on campaign performance, to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Maintain the Brand and Retailer omnichannel marketing calendars.
• Leverage key learnings across all Flowers Brands to drive smarter decisions and efficiencies.
• Stay current on shopper marketing and ecommerce marketing trends and best practices.
• Participate in training and team meetings to build expertise in Omnichannel Marketing.
• Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.) 
• Performs other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.

Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in shopper marketing, retail media, customer marketing, or omnichannel marketing roles.
• Experience working closely with key retailers and/or within CPG environments is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with shopper marketing platforms (ibotta, Fetch Rewards, Neptune, Inmar) and retail media platforms (Instacart, Walmart Connect, KPM, Roundel, CitrusAds) is a plus.

Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
