Bringing Home the Dough
The Commission Analyst plays a key role in administering, analyzing, and optimizing sales commission and incentive programs across the organization. This role ensures timely, accurate calculation and reporting of commissions while supporting plan design, modeling, and continuous improvement of performance-based compensation strategies.
Acting as a critical liaison between Sales, Finance, and HR, the Commission Analyst ensures alignment of incentive programs with business objectives, compliance standards, and employee engagement goals.

Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or DSD sales-related roles
- Strong Excel skills (e.g. Power BI, pivot tables, x-lookup, v-lookup, formulas, macros)
- Experience with commission software
- Working knowledge of sales performance metrics and incentive structures
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant experience preferred
Salary Range- 60000 -65000
