Bringing Home the Dough
Responsible for supervising and training team to research and resolve customer deductions put in unapplied. This will include processing disputes and claims in the Company's trade management systems. Must maintain good rapport and work effectively with KAMS team, Region Leads, and Revenue Management team. Must be organized and able to work with little or no supervision Must have excel experience. Must have time management skills Will be responsible for processing and explaining the AR Deduction report each period for Internal Audit. Requires constant interaction with work group and other departments at the primary work location. Weekend, holiday, and overtime work needed occasionally.
Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
• Researches and resolves all deductions
• Trains team members on deduction management.
• Contacts customers for backup documentation or pull from website
• Processes deductions in the Company's trade management systems or manually as required
• Communicates with Account Receivable Manager, Accounts Receivable Supervisor, and Region Lead on a daily basis, keeping them informed of account status.
• Supports sales teams as needed regarding customer deductions, collections and broker commission processes
• Participates in conference calls as required by management.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
• Performs duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures
Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months A/R related experience.
