Position is responsible for collaborating with various cross-functional subject matter experts to develop impactful and engaging employee training content

Position requires an incumbent who is a creative thinker with a passion for making learning interesting and fresh.

Position requires an incumbent who has the ability to work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines.



  • Plan, develop, and implement learning projects
  • Communicate and work closely with subject matter experts to gather information needed to ensure quality and accurate training
  • Assess the needs of the learners and develop effective content that targets those needs
  • Create educational content that enhances the learning experience
  • Develop ILT, eLearning, videos, and webinars, including scripting and storyboarding
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for correct grammar, punctuation, style and accuracy
  • Determine how best to deliver training content
  • Create assessments that accurately measure mastery
  • Continuously evaluate the performance of existing training and updating as needed
  • Lead training projects from infancy to concept
  • Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
  • Perform other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of   the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures



  • One or more years’ experience in each of the following:  Instructional Design, Content Creation, and E-Learning, preferred.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and other Web delivery technologies



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
