Search Engine Marketing Manager - Remote

POSITION SUMMARY

The SEM Manager will manage all brand paid search campaigns on Instacart, Walmart Media, Kroger, as well as other search and display paid marketing campaigns, in addition they will support the retail sales team as the Subject Matter Expert for Ecommerce. A successful SEM Manager will effectively manage the paid search budget to maximize ROAS, CTR and drive sales.

Position requires an incumbent who is forward-thinking with a passion for driving transformation and a belief in a culture of transparency and trust who is open to learning new ideas outside of current scope or knowledge. Position requires the ability to work cross-functionally in an ever evolving space. A self-self-starter who is intellectually curious and comfortable with ambiguity.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/MAJOR DUTIES

•    Drive online market share through development and execution of annual Ecommerce paid marketing plans.
•    Support the development of strategy and lead the execution of tactics used to increase online revenue through our paid media efforts across all last mile and retailer platforms.
•    Set up, manage, and optimize search campaigns via Pacvue and on retailer platforms with a heavy focus on Instacart search and Walmart.com search and display.
•    Collaborate with the retail sales team and support all Ecommerce/Integrated Marketing campaigns.
•    Lead retailer/vendor relationships with vendors such as Instacart, Walmart Connect, Kroger/8451, Amazon, Quotient, Criteo, CitrusAd.
•    Develop creative briefs and lead creative development for Ecommerce paid media campaigns.
•    Collaborate with brand marketing to develop content that drives consideration/sales and improves consumer awareness/engagement.
•    Works cross functionally with Brand, Revenue Management, Retail Sales, and the Digital Marketing teams.
•    Collaborate with digital marketing team to drive efficiencies across paid and organic digital shelf efforts, increasing total share of shelf for Flowers’ brands.
•    Monitor developing Ecommerce trends, evaluate business opportunities, recommend and execute new initiatives.
•    Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
•    Perform other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.


DESIRED EXPERIENCE

Position requires strong knowledge and experience with the following:

o    Instacart, Walmart Connect, and Pacvue or other search platforms.
o    Supporting significant ecommerce media budget spends.
o    Successful track record of creating KPIs and achieving Ecommerce paid media goals.
o    Proven ability to work quickly and decisively to meet deadlines and troubleshoot issues independently.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing major brands’ paid search campaigns in relevant industries.


DESIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree. Marketing degree preferred.
