Bringing Home the Dough
The Talent Management Systems Specialist is responsible for providing system and process support for Talent Management Systems including Recruiting, Performance Management and Training/Development (Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System, Alchemy).
Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
• Work with Talent Management Manager to increase effectiveness of programs through system and process improvements
• Determine business requirements for changes to system or process
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
• Assist with required system testing, quarterly testing and testing of new system functionality
• Communicate system updates and changes to the Talent Management Manager
• Document training requirements on changes to processes and systems
• Facilitate the escalation of key vendor or system issues to the Business Relationship Manager/IT for resolution
• Analyze trend reports, issues management and data collection reporting
• Run and monitor talent management system reports and review for accuracy
• Provide process support in the following areas:
- Performance Management
- Recruiting
- Alchemy
- Learning Management System
• Practice and comply with all Company policies & procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes – Oxley, etc.)
• Perform other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures

• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management system experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or other relevant field.
